TEST 1, TEST 2 ... Lets BAKE!

Ever find a recipe online or in a book that just looks fantastic and simple enough for you to try at home? You go to the store and pick up all the ingredients you need and you're just so excited to get home and get started. Well now your home and your up to your elbows in flour, milk, eggs and you name it just for it to turn out just BLAH and nothing like it looks online or described in your book? Well my dears, thats where I come in.

I have dubbed myself the investigative baker of this blog. Where do you come in, you ask? If you find a recipe worth trying but don't want to risk the mess for a dessert that is not up-to-par, email me with the recipe and where you got it from. I will make them and post REAL pictures. Not only will I be testing recipes that you and I find elsewhere, but I will also be sharing my favorite recipes from family members. You see, I am egyptian and I look forward to sharing all the good recipes handed down to me as well for you to test out in your own kitchens.
